Research
Stakeholder Interview
The stakeholder interview is aimed to understand and frame a problem area, collect requirements and understand the brand vision, overall goals and challenges. It is an absolute must-do step in the research process to make better decisions and achieve stakeholder objectives.
Business needs
The existing site was primarily aimed at B2C customers with a dedicated B2B section. The site needs to target that sector to be aligned with the new business goals of acquiring B2B customers. It is essential to explain to new potential customers the functionality of the platform and the business opportunities it offers.
Indeed, the site must be an informative channel and a means of acquiring contacts. The website must provide users with a point of contact to ask for more information and the option to purchase and configure the subscription plan.
Design Strategy
The website explains the platform's functionalities, allowing the customers of the B2B segment to purchase the platform subscription themselves.
Informational
Users want to know how the platform works.
Brand Awareness
Build a strategy to inform potential customers about Edilnet partnership and services.
Conversions
The goal is to gain more B2B customers to fuel Movibell's marketplace.
Competitive Analysis
Competitive Analysis is an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors. Research looking for similar products & compared them.
The main competitors are web or mobile platforms that partially cover the services offered by Movibell. The product's strength is precisely this: to have in a single platform all the services useful for the management of a business and the functionality to plan marketing strategies with different purposes.
Define
It is necessary to define brand goals and keep them in mind to align with business objectives.
