Footway is an international Swedish-based shoe e-tailer that produces and distributes quality products with more than 600 brands and 30,000 models. The company was founded in 2010 and has enjoyed success on the back of its key values Kund (client), Kul (fun), and Kompis (friend).

Bday Campaign

Background

To celebrate the 7th birthday, Footway launched two big campaigns - "3 for 2 on all shoes" and "20% off on 20.000 products"​. This needed visual content for marketing channels - email send-outs, ad banners for website, content for social media - all with the same uniform graphic style.

The project

Run two distinct campaigns in several countries simultaneously. Even though there will be two different messages, the theme of the communication will be "​Footways 7th Birthday party".

Target Market

  • In Sweden, Norway and Finland, the message is ​"3 for 2 on all shoes'​' (but with local translations) and in the rest of its markets the message is​ "20% on 20,000 products" ​(also with local translations).
  • Visual communication was a central part of the campaign for attracting the attention of an essentially young audience. The choice led to the design of different promotional content for an omnichannel distribution.
